“A friendly professional repairman. In the end to replace the part needed on our Samsung microwave was way beyond the cost of a new one and even if I did replace the needed part there was no guarantee that something else wouldn’t go wrong in the not too distant future. Will just stick to basic microwaves in future.”

“Very good service. Excellent engineer Joe who fund the problem. Sadly the part he ordered did not fit and was discontinued so had to buy a new freezer! Will use Glotech again, hopefully not too soon! I would recommend them.”

“Simply dreadful service. Since January Glotech have been attempting to repair a fault on my oven. Several engineer visits and over £200 in costs and fault remains. After the last visit I was told Glotech would refund the parts as the oven had not been used and the fault was clearly not down to the parts replaced. I was also told I would receive a call from the Senior Engineer. Several weeks later and no call and no response to my weekly emails. I am not keen to use the call centre after I lodged a complaint about my experience with a customer service assistant who cut me off when I was trying to explain the situation. She also told me that if I didn’t pay for the most recent part that on testing had not repaired the fault, that I would be referred to a debt recovery agency. Weeks ,after I am still waiting for someone to answer my complaint, respond to me about the refund and call me to inform me of this.”

“We had the upper heating element of a double oven repaired. Ben, the Engineer who came to carry out the repair, was absolutely brilliant. He arrived spot on time, was very pleasant throughout the whole of the time he was in the house, made absolutely no mess and completed the repair without any problem. The oven now works as it did when it was originally installed about 15 years ago. Thank you very much Ben.”

“I was very happy with the service provided by the engineer, Max, from his initial diagnostics to the repair of my 10+ year old washing machine. I found the company to be responsive; the repair was made quickly; it was tested; and I have successfully used it since.”

“Engineer established that oven element heated up. However I found later that with knob set to 220°C the oven took 20 minutes to reach 160°C. I then switched off the oven as it was not going to be useable.”
