“Our Miele washing machine was not repaired - the (very nice) engineer explained that it would cost as much to repair as to buy a new machine. We were told that we would receive half the call-out/repair fee towards a new machine. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock. Every time I tried to ring them I had to wait in a queue for my call to be answered (last 2 occasions it was about 40 minutes each time). They were very polite when I did get through. I bought the machine I wanted elsewhere. Considering my machine was not repaired and they didn't have the replacement I wanted, I think the £113 call-out was not money well spent. I won't use Glotech again.”

“whole process was very efficient , engineer turned up as stated and cheerfully fixed the problem quickly . Payment was easy and we could not fault the experience , will certainly use you again , thanks.”

“Booking a visit online was very easy and straightforward. I managed to book a washing machine repair engineer to visit within a couple of days. The engineer arrived on time and repaired my washing machine quickly and completely. I would use Glotech Repairs again without hesitation.”

“Our washing machine short circuited mid wash. A cheerful, friendly and experienced engineer attended within 24 hours, quickly diagnosed the problem (the heating element) and fitted the replacement part, all within an hour. This is the second time we have used Glotech and I would definitely recommend them.”

“My appliance was not repairable so Glotech recommended a new appliance. It was cheaper than if I had bought independently and removed the stress of searching for a new appliance. I had to wait for a week to get it delivered and installed but thought it was still reasonable.”

“Hi there, We had an engineer on Tuesday to fix our dryer. Not only was the dryer not fixed (we did laundry the same evening), but the washing machine stopped draining all together, which was not a fault before the engineer 'fixed it'. We called yesterday to get someone to come and fix it, since we've paid for a full service, and we have not: a)received a call back b) any feedback on when it will be sorted c) or money back This is quite poor as a service.”

“Paul the repair man phoned to say he would be with me in twenty minutes arrived on time, he was very polite and explained what he was doing. he fixed the problem and the fridge/freezer works like the day I purchased it. He's coming back to install a light and will check all is well with the work he carried out. Very satisfied. and recommend he went the extra mile.”

“Had an appointment for a cooker repair. Technician didn't turn up. When I rang to complain, I was just offered another appointment. Definitely not the service promised on the telephone message”

“so far everything is very good ,the chap who came to assess oven was very nice and they are coming on tuesday to carry out repair thankyou, hving phoned us to tell us price etc thankyou”
