“I thought I ought to respond to this email, but unfortunate, as the repair was unsuccessful. Engineer was on time and polite, explaining what he had done, but left the machine running on a hot wash for a 'clean', but it stopped showing initially E03, exactly, the same fault I called you in for. However I gave a 4 star as a phone call to you gave a further call out, subsequently cancelled as another engineer had looked into the fault, with you stating the heater part ordered had not been received..Waiting with baited breath for the Tuesday visit to see if successful!”

“Engineer came and spares to dishwasher would have cost £350+ so I felt it was not worth it. The charge for the call out was just short of £90 - £89.94. I asked would there be something off if I got a replacement dishwasher from you and I explained I did not want to spend a lot on a replacement dishwasher. I got an email from you outlining a replacement which was too expensive and the issue of installation and recycling my existing dishwasher was not addressed. I asked about this by email and got an indistinct voice message which I could not understand. I would have liked for a £50 voucher or some upfront understanding of the benefit of get a replacement dishwasher from you.”

“To be charged the full amount on call out for just over 10 minutes & to be told the replacement part unit is not cost effective is a bitter pill to swallow I know you pay for knowledge but this is so excessive”
