“I phoned Glotech after my oven element broke. From the service i received to the repair all was smooth and i was kept informed of the repair date. I would recommend them after the good service i received.”

“Arrived promptly at the time arranged. However, we were shocked to then be informed that the spare part for our washing machine would cost over £400! A new washing machine would be cheaper. I thought we were supposed to be avoiding landfill, but what do you do with this sort of choice? Disappointed not to have had machine repaired.”

“Was professionally dealt with and engineers on time and polite . Disappointed that fridge freezer could not be repaired as had wrong gas due to being over 10 yes old. If this had been a question- I would have saved the wasted £100. A”

“I had a loose seal on my ven .the engineer fixed it in 2 minutes ,but wouldn't charge me as he felt that would have been unfair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company”

“As I waited in all day and no one turned up I cannot comment on the quality of repairs. You need to improve communication within the company as someone rang me the next day to say the repair person had had a puncture hence no show. And now you ask me to write a review!! I have found someone else to carry out the repair”

“I had never heard of Glotech and found them on Google. Absolutely fantastic service and would totally recommend, they called me as promised, the engineer arrived on time was polite, professional and fixed the washing machine perfectly.”

“Would not recommend. Booked a repair for our leaking fridge on 30 September. When the Glotech technician left, the fridge was still leaking. It transpired he had not even tried to pull the fridge out to check the connection/filter at the back. I then called Glotech and after nearly an hour of trying to get through was told a technician was not available to come back for another week. I was also told it was not possible to have a refund. I have now had to incur the further cost of paying the manufacturer to repair the fridge (the cause was a leaking filter which the Glotech technician had not checked) and was told the Glotech technician had not even replaced the door properly. Really disappointing service. Will be pursuing a complaint.”
