“Usual panic, ice on the floor of the freezer, could not see how do defrost it, so called the experts on Saturday and were booked for the following Wednesday. Engineer arrived 08:00, soon had the freezer apart, obviously knew what he was doing and had the job completed in about an hour to hour and a half. To say that my wife and I were pleased was an understatement. I can recommend this company wholeheartedly, don't bother to go elsewhere, top class business.”

“Appointment booking was good, very friendly advisor. On the day, service engineer phoned before he arrived. Very professional and friendly, talked me through the repair of our Bosch Dishwasher where we had to have heat pump replaced. Repair carried out efficiently and in a timely manner. Thank you Gavin ! Glotech have a very efficient bespoke digital system, where all details of repair (including payment) all done electronically, so no paperwork and very quick. Call out charge reasonable, good spare part was available so dishwasher could be fixed on the day, but unfortunately paid more for it, than if I had bought the part on line myself !”

“Excellent friendly service , quickly resolved the issue - I had a lovely gentleman who brought a trainee engineer with him ( apologies i wrote their names down but lost the paper it was written on!)) - they were both very pleasant , chatty - he was clearly an experienced expert and a fabulous coach to the lady who was with him and to other people that were calling him for his advice . would definitely use Glotech again”

“Excellent company and excellent service. The whole process from finding Glotech after a Google search for home appliance repairs to the visit of the engineer could not have been simpler. The engineer arrived as per the appointment, he was very polite and knowledgeable and had resolved the problem within 30 minutes. He advised there was one component that could not be checked that may throw up the problem again, but advised to contact the main office and they would further advise. The engineer did not try to "induce" any faults that would lead to unnecessary expensive components as is the way of some rogue companies. I was completely satisfied with my dealings with Glotech and would highly recommend them, I have already passed on contact details to my family members for future use.”

“Even though I only had my washer/dryer since September, Samsung handling of it and customer services was disgusting. After 5 days they still hadn't called me, let alone sort out a repair. As I needed my washer/dryer to use, I turned to glotech, the engineer came out very quickly, was friendly, polite, explained everything the whole way through, very good price. Was so glad and relieved to have my machine up and running again. Samsung ended up apologising and offered a £50 gift voucher. To be honest, if my machine broke down again, and even though the machine is under guarantee, I wouldn't go to Samsung, Id turn to glotech.”
