“The initial call out fee seemed a bit pricey, but at least I got a booking for the next day, where others would take a week. That said, the engineer phoned to see if it was convenient to come earlier than booked, which for me was great. When Gavin arrived and I told him the problem (with our washing machine), he told me what he thought the problem may be , and a price for parts. He was correct, which was impressive, and the parts, (motor brushes), were fitted quickly, and only cost a few pounds. You hear of people being ripped off, but this wasn't the case, and after a quick test, all was well. Very pleased with the result and would happily recommend Glotech for their service.”

“Booked my repair on line for the first time and I found it really easy received the confirmation email for my booking instantly with next day repair.
