“When I called to book I explained the issues. These were obviously conveyed to the engineer as he turned up with all the right bits to fix it. He called abut 20 mins beforehand to let me know he was on the way, which I hadn't been told to expect, but was a nice bonus. The work comes with a 6 month guarantee, so should the repair turn out not to fix the problem long term, they will come back to replace that part and I won't pay the call-out fee again, just the parts.”

“Your technician arrived on time so we did not have to wait. He was very thorough and checked all of the elements of the oven for faults. An extremely nice person and I would have no hesitation in asking for his services should a future need arise.”

“Overall, it was a good service and the engineer was very helpful and friendly. My only issue was that I selected a slot for the work to be done and it was then changed by glotech. The engineer arrived a few days later, diagnosed the issue and then had to come back a few days later with a replacement part. As the issue was with the freezer, waiting for over a week for a fix seemed to be too long as food was defrosting.”

“Next day appointment and arrived as arranged. Very knowledgeable and helpful engineer. Unfortunately my appliance was beyond repair but it was good to find out quickly so that I could arrange a replacement.”

“I got bumped up 2 days from a cancelled appointment to fix a faulty. The technician Michael called an hour to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, he was polite, friendly and efficient. AND he fixed the problem and left a happy household. Recommended.”
