“2nd time used glotech. Would recommend. Engineer Gavin knows his stuff. Really knowledgeable about machine, polite , & well mannered. Repaired washing machine (new brushes needed) in quick time and explained everything in “layman’s “ terms.”

“Booking an engineers visit online was so easy to do. The engineer (Chris) turned up on the right day and he called when he was on his way. He mended the tumble dryer really quickly and was very polite and friendly. He also automatically wore a face mask before entering the house. I'll definitely use them again.”

“Great experience, on time and friendly Very quickly (literally about 15 minutes) identified and fixed E60 error on washing machine and had replacement parts on hand to do so Appointment was moved to a slightly less convenient day to the original one booked but was given a reasonable amount notice to sort it out”

“The stalk to switch on my oven had come loose and disappeared inside the facia. The engineer, Vladimir, phoned ahead to give an eta and arrived promptly, he was excellent and resolved the issue in minutes with no fuss, top man!”
