“Engineer was punctual, friendly, and worked safely and very tidily. But after he checked the obvious things he was rather stumped and questioned the house wiring, which I demonstrated was good. Then he quoted for a replacement part which i later found online for half the price. Ultimately he left me with my oven still not working, but did promise to come back free of charge if I made the cable longer for him. Could have tried a little harder in my opinion. Fixed it myself in the end.”

“Don’t use this company. I booked a repair and they came a day late without any confirmation. Then they failed to diagnose or repair the machine even after a second visit. They’ve since ignored my complaint and my washer remains broken, undiagnosed and I’m out of pocket!”

“Arrived promptly at the time arranged. However, we were shocked to then be informed that the spare part for our washing machine would cost over £400! A new washing machine would be cheaper. I thought we were supposed to be avoiding landfill, but what do you do with this sort of choice? Disappointed not to have had machine repaired.”

“Was professionally dealt with and engineers on time and polite . Disappointed that fridge freezer could not be repaired as had wrong gas due to being over 10 yes old. If this had been a question- I would have saved the wasted £100. A”

“Engineer was good second call out about my dryer advised me I would need a part however still waiting for a call from the office staff to arrange payment for the part and a date when that can be fitted”
