“Excellent service. Next day repair on my bosch washing machine, seal replaced and the engineer was able to fix my broken door handle without needing a replacement. The engineer was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he was able to fix my machine within the hour. Fantastic service.”

“I had engineer DSI he was shy but very nice, helpful and knowledgable the repair was done quickly and he checked the machine to make sure it was working and my washing machine is finally repaired! I’m very grateful”

“Excellent service. We had an excellent repair guy come to look at our dishwasher, which had seen better days, he put us back in touch with glotech who arranged for a new dishwasher to be delivered next day. The fitters were brilliant, quick, efficient and lovely. I would highly recommend this company.”

Good afternoon - it is very disappointing to read this review I can see that you have had two visits to resolve the problems with your appliance and when the second engineer attended he was able to identify that further parts would be required as your appliance also has PCB and pump issues. The cost of these parts required were provided and as is your right you decided that the cost to complete such a repair was to high. Thank you

“Friendly Service... Fast Work.... Needed a heating element replaced... they emailed to double check model of oven before sending out a repairs man saving a wasted call out charge. Definitely recommend this company. Customer service was also very helpful”

“Liam and Callum were fantastic. I had to do the school run, and they said 'not a problem, when we turn up we'll wait outside." Only took 20mins to install the new oven. Very happy indeed”

“Comments for installation at 51 Pennard Rd, London W12 8DW on 6/2/23. Both Lee and Callum are very efficient. Installation was done smoothly and information about the temp setting and other relevant info were given soon after completion. Thank you.”

“Lee and Callum have just fitted a new oven for us. They turned up on time and fitted the oven very quickly. They were incredibly professional, cleaning up the mess our original builder had made as well as after themselves. Can’t recommend them or Glotech highly enough.”

“We always use glo tech to purchase appliances because they are very knowledgeable and have a competitive prices. On this occasion our Meile dish washer had stopped working. It was 13 years old and we just wanted to check whether it could be repaired. The engineering department provided a prompt service . The engineer was clear and was able to explain and show us the parts which were no longer working. And provided a costing for repair to make a decision about whether it was worthwhile or whether to buy a new machine (and we are having to do this not surprisingly) We are using the company to source our new one . Highly recommebddd”

“First time I've used Glotech needing someone to sort out my elderly Step father's washing machine. From the initial call you can tell you're dealing with a good company the lady I spoke to was very professional and friendly as she took all the info and explained the charges very clearly. The very next day the friendly engineer turned up and fixed the fault straight away ringing me to explain what was faulty. My 87 year old step father was so pleased and couldn't speak highly enough about the engineer and how he had fixed it so quickly. I would definitely recommend Glotech to anyone, they sorted out the problem and stopped an elderly man worrying unduly.”
