“The engineer arrived as predicted, he was very polite and cheerful,. He did the job in about ten minutes,and everything is back operating as normal. Thank you for your excellent service,and I will not hesitate to contact you again,should I need your services.”

“Easy to book an appointment for a repair at a time that suited. Technician arrived promptly with a call to confirm arrival time. Fault was assessed and price for parts quoted and ordered straight away. Notified when parts were available and able to arrange for technician returned to fit parts within 4 working days of original visit. Very happy with service and would confidently use Glotech again.”
