“Glotech is a refreshingly different service company. The staff are friendly, interested in the issue and are very supportive and want to help you find a solution. They certainly solved my problem at a reasonable price too. They will be my 'go to' in the future.”

“It took 6 visits to correctly identify the fault with my dishwasher during which time parts were needlessly fitted and charged for. Customer services send emails after each visit asking for positive feedback when the machine still wasn’t working! Also, no responses given to any emails I sent them. Not a good experience.”
