“2nd time used glotech. Would recommend. Engineer Gavin knows his stuff. Really knowledgeable about machine, polite , & well mannered. Repaired washing machine (new brushes needed) in quick time and explained everything in “layman’s “ terms.”

“Booking an engineers visit online was so easy to do. The engineer (Chris) turned up on the right day and he called when he was on his way. He mended the tumble dryer really quickly and was very polite and friendly. He also automatically wore a face mask before entering the house. I'll definitely use them again.”
