“The chap turned up on Wednesday and after some brief checks told me there was a blockage, which seems to have cleared I was told. Ran the dishwasher Wednesday night on a short programme and it stopped working after 6 minutes, with water in the bottom of the dishwasher, so the problem has not been resolved. I would really like the matter resolved on the second visit next Tuesday .”

“We contacted Glotech via the web page on a Sunday, we were offered a Tuesday appointment. This was attended on time and a complete job completed after information given on what was required. An excellent service all round.”

“Alex provided immediate feedback on arrival. Whilst there was nothing he could do, he still made recommendations. Seem less booking of an engineer slot. Great service!”

“I been left feeling a little bit ripped off to be honest it may of been partly my own fault for doing half the work prior to the technician coming out he asked me what I had done and checked then popped his hand inside of the drum gave it a little turn and said yep your right needs a motor. Then gave me a price on a motor and said it may not fix it so I declined he asked me to settle the bill and was gone within 10 mins.”

“Told a repairer would come at 3pm, so got home for 3pm. Stayed in rest of afternoon. Nothing. Asked company to call me first thing. Nothing. Called them. Repairer had come at 2.30. Wrong time. No message.”

“There was a quick response to my call but it took the engineer about 10 mins to tell me it wasn't financially worth repairing my Siemens dishwasher. I was charged a huge sum for that quick diagnosis eventhough I am purchasing a new machine from you.”

“The engineer came to repair the inlet drain on Thursday, 13th July, and 15 minutes after he left the problem still existed. I asked if he could come back and was told he had no hands-off phone - in this day and age!! I suggested he come on Saturday and they said they had few staff working then. It is now down for repair on Tuesday, the 25th, 5 days later. My days are extremely busy, caring for a disabled husband with dementia so I can't just drop everything to wait for an engineer to come without some sort of time given. Glotech were quick enough to take the £125.94 for botching up the job.”

“Didn't think my 23 year old freezer could be repaired. Engineer turned up promptly and the repair was completed in less than an hour. Very happy with the service from this company. I would use again and recommend to others.”

“I would use this company again despite an initial mix-up over telephone numbers. The two engineers who visited to confirm and then repair my dishwasher were well trained and knowledgeable.”
