“both engineers that came were super friendly and great. dealing with glotch n phone was easy. all was reasonably priced, one off fee and not trying to upsell some monthly plan or something”

“The service provided is excellent. Making an appointment is straightforward and the engineers I have arrive at the time specified. I was particularly impressed by the last service engineer who came and identified a problem that had been overlooked before and since then my dishwasher has been working perfectly.”

“I feel a bit bad writing this as a one-star review and '0 - would definitely not recommend' but I feel the callout charge is prohibitively high when no repair can be implemented. To have to pay almost £100 for a five-minute, superficial inspection just to declare a machine broken beyond repair is just not acceptable. If there was a lower-tier rate for assessment, allowing you to make an informed decision on whether to ask them to carry out the repair or not I would be able to recommend them as the process and engineer were very efficient. Really disappointed as I hate the disposable culture we seemingly have to live with due to the lack of affordable alternatives.”

“Our engineer, Jacob, was efficient, polite and helpful. He fixed our washing machine (it was not draining) and explained why it had become blocked. All with the minimum of fuss.”

“Good service from company. Technician arrived on time having rung 20 minutes beforehand as requested. Guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to age of cooker (25 years old) they were unable to repair it, or get parts for it.”

“I have only given 3 stars as I was told it would be expensive to repair but Glotech could fit me a new one. I accepted a quoted earlier this week and have heard nothing since (not good customer service I feel).”

“The 2 guys who delivered our FF did a great job. Would recommend them. Shame our old FF wasn’t as good as them. Expected it to last a bit longer than 3 years.”
