“Excellent service. Arrived promptly at the beginning of the agreed time slot. Carried out detailed tests on my washing machine & quoted the cost of the parts required. Given the age of my washing machine & the cost it was a no brainer to opt to purchase a new washing machine. The Engineer gave me good advice on what model to go for.”

“The operator was helpful in obtaining a prompt appointment for the engineer to attend. He attended punctually, was very pleasant and professional and took his time to thoroughly locate and correct the probable cause of a leak. And Glotech was slightly cheaper than Bosch.”

“It took the repair person, who was obviously highly competent, a couple of minutes to diagnose the fault in my washing machine. He was also able to predict confidently that the repair would be too expensive to be worthwhile so I knew I was in the market for a new machine. Unfortunately, Glotech admin and sales didn't move quickly enough to get back to me with a proposal so I bought the new one online, which was already installed by the time they responded.”

“I was very pleased with the technician who came to repair the Miele dishwasher. He was well organised and knew what he was doing. Unfortunately it was 20 years old and the spare part we needed is no longer available, so it couldn't be repaired. The downside was the very high call out charge. I was told it included follow up visits but that isn't much good if the appliance can't be repaired.”
