“I was very pleased with the technician who came to repair the Miele dishwasher. He was well organised and knew what he was doing. Unfortunately it was 20 years old and the spare part we needed is no longer available, so it couldn't be repaired. The downside was the very high call out charge. I was told it included follow up visits but that isn't much good if the appliance can't be repaired.”

“What a fantastic service...easy to organise, really good competitive rates and so quick to the appointment. Alex, engineer, was brilliant, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and sorted the problem there and then. He went the extra mile and I definitely recommend Glotech to future customers. Have stored the number and will use again if needed in the future.”

“George arrived within the time scale given. He quickly found the fault and the replacement part was sourced that day. He returned within 24 hours to complete the repair. I found George to be a courteous and knowledgeable person. He explained everything he was doing in terms I could understand. He's a credit to Giotech.”

“I was very pleased with the repair, which was a new bulb fitted and refitting the casing back to the top of my Neff oven. Because of a problem with my shoulder and wrist, I was unable to carry out the work myself, so good to get everything working again!”

“Solved the problem but with the use of only two screws (not three) will have to see how long it lasts. Not cheap but cheaper than a new tumble dryer.”
