“Arrived on time. Fixed both problems fairly quickly and ordered parts for replacement of blocks. I understand these will be replaced on the 28th and the tube in the condenser will be released when the front is taken off.”

“We have an intermittent fault on our dishwasher. Which of course didn’t show up when the engineer visited. The guy said he wouldn’t charge us for now but to call when it happened again and he’d visit to fix it. Very fair!”

“The man who came was very pleasant. However- my fridge switch had just gone off. If you could do 10 minute phone conversations for a much lower fee, I could have saved so much money. It was disappointing to pay the full labour fee when there was no work to be done. It doesn’t build up good will for the future. I feel like it’s worth someone saying, have you checked the switch, it’s inside the fridge and kind of hidden!”

“Great service. Friendly engineer. He made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. Only thing I would add is that the company use shoes protectors when its wet outside as not everyone is happy for petsons to walk thorough the property with shoes on.”

“Fast response the only thing was the price as my washing machine was ok in the end and nothink was fixed and what was the chances of that for months there was a problem. Get some one out and it behave and was ok. But overall I would definitely use again if there's a problem thanks.”

“From the outset of booking for a repair and Jess who came to repair my oven, it has been a easy process. Very happy with the work. Jess is a lovely lady, she was very confident and repaired my oven in well under an hour. I would recommend Glotech as a company and a big thanks to Jess who has my oven up and running again.”
