“Rang Glo-Tech this morning and Scott Sullivan was most helpful in arranging a next day visit to hopefully repair my very old AEG glass ceramic hob, so let's hope they will be able to do so. In the meantime it was a pleasure to speak to Scott”

“Repairman rang on the day to say he could come early... but we were out of the house, so he came at the original slot. He quickly saw our broken icemaker needed defrosting before he could repair it... defrosted it there and then, examined it -- and was able to repair it without needing any new parts. Very satisfied with the service!”

“Jess was fantastic. Had my washing back up and running in next to no time. Service was prompt with 30 minute courtesy call in advance of arrival. Price was as expected in advance of arrival and no additional charge. A great service and customer experience.”

“Door Lock on Washing machine broken. Engineer arrived within an hour of booking a repair. Fast email response to my query and curtesy phone call to advise on eta. Could not have been a better service.”

“Nice repair guy, but now the bottom two sides of the fridge and freezer , freeze! This was NOT the problem before, and I rang next morning to report this, and I have had to wait 8 days before he could return to look at it. Even taking into consideration Easter, I am very disappointed with the service. I have lost food over night and rearranging the food over this length of time has been a nightmare. I am far from impressed!! I hope he makes up for the shocking inconvenience next Wednesday!!!”

“Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone.Iwas caller no 2 for 45 minutes. Appointment cancelled for next week but rescheduled for today. No one turned up and no phone call to explain why.Money forbear was paid up front and to date no repair had ben done. BEWARE. Dreadful service”
