“Cannot fault, absolutely brilliant, sorted faulty integrated (had a bit of a game) dishwasher, very polite and knowledgeable engineer, keep up the good work. 10/10.”

“I booked a repair for my Large fridge, I took a day off work, the day they were supposed to come apparently the person was sick, took a second day off: The person was in my property all of ten minutes to more or less told I would be better off getting a new one!! It is only 4 years old, I was told that is about how long they last these days, charged £94 !!! I won’t be recommending this company”

“The booking process for an engineer was quick and easy and I was able to book an appointment for the day I wanted. The engineer arrived on time and was polite, friendly and efficient. He did what he could but unfortunately the appliance was uneconomic to repair. I was happy with the service I received and would recommend using them to others.”

“Was charged full call-out price despite nothing being done or able to be fine to fix my model of Fridge as seal can’t be replaced. The Fridge model and serial number and problem was provided in advance so this could have been looked up by agent and saved a trip and £80 for nothing done.”

Good afternoon - you had an experienced engineer attend your property, your repair fault was that the door was not sealing the engineer attended to check if this could be resolved any other way. on your brand of appliance a new door with the seal is required - had you chosen to proceed with the replacement the engineer cost to reattend and install is included in the labour cost. you have chosen not to proceed with the repair of the appliance this is a personal choice. We do hope that your replacement appliance offers many years of good service. - thank you.

“I can’t believe that we had to pay nearly 100 pounds just for the engineer to say the fridge is not repairable from hearing a bubbling sound! Hardly any investigation took place and I now wish I had just bought a new fridge freezer straight away. The call out fee is just tii high. Engineer was friendly enough but I’m the future if any appliance breaks down it’s not worth the call out fee and I will just buy brand new”

“We contacted Glotech to repair our Siemens fridge freezer, and they were able to book an engineer to visit us within a couple of days. Once they had determined the cause of the fault, the replacement part was ordered, and a subsequent visit was booked later that week to complete the work. The two engineers were polite and efficient. A very good service. Would recommend”
