“Very helpful and efficient from the initial call through to resolving the issue on the cooker. If any problems with electrical items in the future, such as the cooker, will look to go back to Glotech to resolve them. Excellent service.”

“Not happy with Glotech, firstly the cancelled on the day they were due as the person was sick, when they did come out the second day, he was in my property 10 mins to basically tell me it wasn't worth paying out for the part it was better to get a new one, it is only 4 years old: It cos me £94 plus 2 days off work for what? They then send me an email yesterday saying "now your appliance is now working"”

“It was easy to book the repair online, and the phone line was also helpful and courteous. Glotech were not pushy, yet at the same time not reluctant to come out to look at the problem, so were my chosen repairers. I thought the call-out fee was very reasonable compared with others. The repairer travelled some distance in worsening snowy conditions. I cannot fault the level of customer care and clear communication. Unfortunately, the electronic fault on the freezer was not repairable, but the repairer was able to confirm that mechanically the freezer was working fine and there was no danger to health as it was over-freezing and not too warm. He also explained our options and potential costs very clearly.”

He repaired the problem swiftly, provided an honest assessment of potential further issues due to the age of my machine, and the best ways to keep it running for the rest of its limited life! “The chap didn’t phone when en route and within 2 mins had diagnosed the issue… Repair costs were massive and then add in that I would have to pay for a second engineer to attend it was expensive to say the least. I politely declined. Just felt a bit rushed and then priced beyond economic repair.”
