“We had a technical problem with our appliance.glotech sent an engineer who advised it was more costly to repair than to replace. He ordered new appliance and it was replaced the following day .what a service”

“We had a new motor fitted to our washing machine and we were very happy with the our experience dealing with your Company. Your engineer, Gavin, was very helpful and friendly and the job was done professionally. Thank you.”

“Andrew was cheerful and efficient and solved what was , in the end, simply a hairclip behind the filter. Altering the date of the visit twice by email was a problem for me. A phone call would have been better. That would have been 5 star service.”

Thank you for the feedback and the review - we do understand that it is frustrating for customers when we have to change the diary - I do apologise that you did not receive a call to notify you. I am so pleased that Andrew was able to resolve the issue - its always amazing how some very small things like hairclips and screws can have such a big impact on our domestic appliances... “Excellent but the timing had been changed in error however I was still able to get to my appointment because mine ne was the next visit .”
