“Disappointed initially when Glotech cancelled our appointment and we had to reschedule with no appointment available for nearly a week. Experience then was good. The repair man came on time and got our dishwasher going again.”

“I believe you are rip-off repairers. I paid £67.50 for a call out not a repair as promised. Good money if you can get it for thirty minutes work. The repair man told me I was the fourth customer he had been to that morning, £270 for a morning's work and still more to come for the afternoon, and he confessed he was not a micro-wave technician. If I could give a negative five star review I would”

“This is the first occasion I have used Glowtech and I would thoroughly recommend the company. Initial customer service contact was helpful and an engineer's visit was arranged within a few days. Engineer Paul was courteous, competent and a clean and methodical worker and repaired the oven successfully. We now have a fully working oven.”
