“Gavin gave a a heads up he was on his way. He repaired my machine, we had a few minutes chat but he declined a portion of Christmas cake as he was on a diet. The cake did not go waste I ate it😀”

“Disgraceful service from Glotech. Engineer fixed a washing machine spin issue, but broke something else in the process as all of the wash cycles now don't work. Glotech wanted to charge an additional fee to investigate the new fault caused by the engineer. Avoid this company at all costs and buy a new machine instead.”

“Gavin was great, really went out if his way to minimise the mess from the water and left me with a working machine. Gavin was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the job about what he was doing and seeing. Good price and great service.”

“Our Engineer - Valdimir - was excellent. He knew right away what the issue was and was extremely professional. Issue was resolved when the right part was received and he kept me updated whilst working.”

“Quick and easy to book a repair appointment unfortunately Glotech had to change it and having missed their call I rang back waiting 25mins to get through Engineer very helpful and efficient the cost of repair age of our fridge and likely success meant we decided to buy new. I was told the company would be in touch but that didn’t happen I then rang sales who couldn’t help? but kindly put me through to service and waited 12th in line for another 20mins to be told they can’t help I’ll get an email. That never arrived so having chased them via Twitter they sprung into action New fridge delivered and fitted first thing Christmas Eve. Excellent service apart from the call centre and call handlers”
