“Very efficient technician who fixed the machine in no time. Regrettably having just come out of hospital I was unable to bend sufficiently to check the filter. My wife tried but didn't succeed. I am grateful for the completed clean of the filter but annoyed with myself for not being able to do it. The repair made me happy but now knowing it was only a blocked filter at £75 to clean it was not a happy part.”

“Integrated Fridge freezer with fridge not woking....old! Two visits and repaired. Engineers both worked hard to get it fixed, especially the second guy. No guarantees it will last but at least gives me time to prepare for a new one if it finally gives up the ghost. Thank you.”

“Arrived in the morning when they were scheduled to arrive in the afternoon - so lucky I was in. OK service, and quickly diagnosed. "Uneconomical repair" though. Slow to follow-up, and eye-watering replacement prices 20%+ than John Lewis.”

“The engineer did not have the part required for our repair when he first visited so we waited a further week for it to arrive. Once the part was available the repair was arranged for a day to suit us and the engineer was friendly, polite and did a good job.”

“Glotech booked my appointment efficiently. Once I had booked they even followed up to offer me an earlier slot. The repairman was excellent and professional. It was the easiest repair experience I've had and the communication was great. They even allow you to pay for the repair via card.”
