“During the covid19 pandemic my washing went bad. The person came, was friendly, diagnosed the issue, fixed it on the spot and left it as good as brand new. Cant thank them enough.”

“During this Covid19 epidemic, We were more than pleased that when our dishwasher “went wrong”, we managed to find someone who would come out to diagnosis and provide treatment for it! All the appointments were on time, or a phone call to confirm if the engineer was running late. Thank you”

“Utterly useless, mis diagnosed problem, only orders parts once you have paid, never comes to fit, never returns calls or replies to emails or texts. Still no repair after 2 months. ΝEVER EVER use this company”

“Glotech were exceptionally efficient even in these difficult times. The engineer came when expected, identified the problem, ordered the parts and the office advised me when they had received them. An appointment was booked, the engineer arrived on time , did the job , left the site spic and span and I cannot speak highly enough of him and the whole company.”

“I am a customer of domestic and general appliance cover, I had a faulty oven, they recommended Glotech as a repair company, I am so glad they did they have been so proffesional at all times which is really important to me. the engineer Alex really new his craft and he also pointed out other faults to the oven, which I did query first, I now have a relatively new oven at a very competitive price, I would highly recommend Glotech.”

“Fran did an excellent job today. We both thought I had killed the hob but after some tinkering from him it spang back into life. Given the diffcult circumstances we are all facing at the moment this was First Class Service.”

“I found Glotech via a google search. The whole experience from the person I spoke on the phone to booking the service was smooth and took no time at all. The tenants in the flat were extremely happy with the engineer who fixed the dishwasher immediately at a good price. I would recommend Glotech and will happily use them again.”
