“Engineer was prompt, efficient, polite but friendly, and explained the fault and how he rectified it”

“A very efficient booking system and request for an early appointment was agreed. Technician arrived on time, was very efficient and provided detailed work undertaken. Repair part arrived within 24 hours and date and time agreed to be fitted. The cost was a very competitive one.”

“We were really impressed with the service, I was a bit apprehensive as it was an online booking thing and had no actual conversations with anyone but Alex arrived for the booked time, repaired the tumble dryer with no problems and cost under a £100 so great service in our eyes. Would definitely use again!!”

“OUR DISHWASHER DOOR HAD STARTED TO BECOME PROBLEMATIC. GIOTECH WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE US WITH AN APPOINTMENT IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER, THEIR ENGINEER ARRIVED PROMPTLY, FOUND THE PROBLEM WITHIN MINUTES AND RECTIFIED THE ISSUE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. HE WAS FRIENDLY, CLEAN AND TIDY, AND LEFT US WITH THE IMPRESSION OF A VERY COMPETENT SPECIALIST ENGINEER. HE ALSO ADVISED THAT IF IT `PLAYED UP' AGAIN, JUST TO CALL THEM, AS ANY FURTHER VISIT WOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE CALL-OUT CHARGE, WHICH WAS VERY REASONABLE.”

“Had an engineer out to repair our fridge freezer ,the engineer turned up on time said he checked all of the electrics then he said it must be a gas problem and needs to boo another person to re gas the appliance l payed him the callout charge total wast of money”

“Very poor service and unreliable company. First the website promise repair next day which I booked, then I received call that website has an error, booked an engineer to visit one week later, then took one more week for parts to arrive, weeks later on the day of replacing the part, an engineer went off sick, then another appointment has been given as they don't t have enough engineers to cover the area, waste of my time and my money as Globetech took the money two week in advance but cant refund or fix my appliance on time. 0 out of 10 for the service, do not believe their promises on their website promote.”

“The engineer arrived at the allotted time. He was able to repair the washing machine and clearly explained the problem. He then cleaned up after himself and left the kitchen as he found it. I would recommend this company to others.”
