“A clear declaration who underwrites the policy would help. Also Grove Green Creditors you use give no additional options with the policy you sold .”

Hi, We are sorry to hear of your negative experience and are sorry you felt the documents not clear. We do advise at the quote stage prior to purchase who the insurer/ underwriter is and provide their policy booklet for you to read prior to purchase. We would like to advise you regarding your creditor query but its not clear what you mean by additional options. “I have had three car's insured with Performance Direct over the last seven or eight years, and I have never had a problem contacting them for anything . Most of the staff have a friendly helpful and lovely Essex ascent .”
