“as an insurance company what can you say, yes they are like all others, cheaper on the first year and more expensive on the second year. reason for this is the normal sneaky admin fee. also as with many others still no discount for another years experience and another year without making a claim. being a safe experienced rider does not mean your insurance will be cheaper all it means is you are a safe experienced rider.”

“Helpful staff who gave a good explanation of the cover available as well as exclusions. The premium was fairly reasonable premium but cancellation charges are punitive - fortunately, I haven't needed to cancel!”

“Very good overall. Made a few minor typos in the body of the policy but that was put right quickly. Friendly, helpful staff and not too long waits over the phone. Reasonable rates too, so would use again.”
