I'm 58 never had a motorcycle stolen havnt had accident no thought of my own for over 25 years , live in a good area with a garage and loads of security, I bought an 2008 bike worth £1200 only do 2000 miles max now normally less and my premium was a third of the bikes value, something isn't right

A clear declaration who underwrites the policy would help. Also Grove Green Creditors you use give no additional options with the policy you sold .

We do advise at the quote stage prior to purchase who the insurer/ underwriter is and provide their policy booklet for you to read prior to purchase. Well I certainly received what I paid for ie an insurance policy , however an important inquiry re a minor accident on my other vehicle policy went unanswered to my surprise. I’m not a fan of the auto renewal protocol which attempts to take the money a few days early and on a bank holiday! I offer these observations as hopefully constructive criticism

Staff on the phone excellent however I have never had a car insurance that did not send out paper copy’s of their insurance booklet. I said I do not have a printer yet I am still waiting for my contract booklet seriously hope IF I need to make a claim it’s this bad a service ! Marion Jones

Did not appreciate being told my outside steel structure was made of wood twice when I have provided numerous pictures of structure that clearly shows corrosion of steel, I also was not aware who Grove and Dean were when they emailed me saying thank you for your emails, I have never been in contact with them or Motor Vision, if these were sent on my behalf why was I not cc'ed into them?

I have taken out a policy with Performance Direct through Confused.com My policy is due to start on the 21/10 but although I have received an acceptance email, I have still no view of my paperwork relating to the policy. Their website says that my documents are being processed. I have never had it before that with only 3 days to go before the comencement of the policy the Insurer is still processing paperwork. This has been the case since the 25/9. I hope that should I ever need to claim they are faster than this.

Wanted tj change insurance details (remove international breakdown) but found it difficult as out if the country In consequences vehicle was meet uninsured till I got back. Dissapointkng requests on live chat were useless

Don't know your reaction when something happens,so far have not had any problems, only want to say why there is no communication if nothing happens to the car,for example need a broushur showing your com pany activity and kinds of your cover........
