“cheaper to go through a cost compare site than accept you offer for extension of the previous insurance period”

Hi, Thank you for sharing this review with us, we have looked into the concerns regarding the pricing differences between renewal and new policies in your review. We can see that the reason the new policy you took through a comparison site is cheaper is because you have 9000 less miles than on the renewal we offered you. The new policy also has a higher excess so this reduces the premium also. We want to be clear that we do not charge customers more money for a renewal than we would to start a new policy, as that is improper practice.
