Hi, We are sorry to hear of your negative experience and are sorry you felt the documents not clear. We do advise at the quote stage prior to purchase who the insurer/ underwriter is and provide their policy booklet for you to read prior to purchase. We would like to advise you regarding your creditor query but its not clear what you mean by additional options.
