“I have always received excellent service and away been able to get a good insurance quote with the right amount of cover thier have been cheaper quotes but with less cover so I find PD the best provider”
“I agreed the policy on about the 2nd November, still haven’t got the actual policy document. I have emailed 6/7 times (and phoned) requesting it or access to my online account so I can get the document myself, still haven’t got it a month later. Surely this should be the most basic of things an insurance company does - issue an insurance policy document??!!”

“Nightmare to renew car insurance. Made to jump through numerous hoops. Your site would not accept photos ( 18 different ones ) of driving license etc. Sent several emails over the course of many days with no response. Phoned - waited one hour and seven minutes to be told they did not deal with this and I would have to be transferred. I hung up. I wasted nearly a day on trying fill in the further information you required after having received my renewal details - same as original proposal - and my payment. Never again !!!!”
