“I was very impressed with all the staff members I had contact with when arranging car insurance with Performance Direct. If I had a query and the person I was speaking to hadn,t the information available I was contacted with the answer without delay. I have one problem, well not really such a great one but I did request the policy details be posted to me. Maybe the current circumstances are the reason this did not happen.”

“Cancelled insurance did not say why never had a problem before with anyone else......Even rang up to say via google map I had no driveway when I have 2 cars parked on it ???? IDIOTS!!!!!!!”

“My motorhome, insured by Performance Direct, was recently stolen. Right from the day I reported the theft to the payment for the stolen vehicle I found all of the staff I dealt with to be helpful, efficient and considerate. The best way to view the performance of any company is when you need to call on them to sort a problem. I cannot compliment Performance Direct highly enough and will certainly use them again.”
