Rolled on after last year then cancelled
Because I couldn't give details of the same vehicle I insured with last year something you already know

“I completed an on-line proposal form and gave ALL the correct details and duly paid for my insurance. I did note the rather extortionate £50.00 amendment fee that was flagged, but continued as I was confident in my answers.
Then I received an email, saying they wanted proof of a claim I had declared and made which was some 4 years old. If I didn’t provide this then I would incur extra premium and the £50.00 admin fee!! This should have been done before taking the insurance premium and not exposing me to a admin fee. There should also be a 14 day cancellation clause without any fees or charges.”

“I asked for my insurance not to be auto renewed but this was ignored. I have had to cancel 2 policies as a result of this. If you have asked before automatically renewing I may have stayed with Performance Direct.

“As with all renewals the price went up considerably so I did a compare search and the matched it, why they didn't give me their best price in the first place it woukd have saved a lot of time.
But saying that, very friendly and easy prosses and I would recommend them but as with all companies do a compare first so you have a price in mind 😉”
