“Since I 'found; Performance Direct I feel I have stepped back in time when customer service really mattered. I don't have to do any work, they do it all for me just like the old days when everyone had an insurance broker, except I now have one on line. They found a really good deal for me, 2 years running, did all the work and charged a very reasonable fee for doing it. I always feel I am being ripped off these days when it comes to renewing energy, broadband and insurance etc but NOT with Performance Direct. They contacted me well before my insurance was due with an excellent quote and once I accepted they called me back and everything was in place before I could say .....well......Performance Direct. “Right hand doesn`t know what the left hand is doing. Charged twice, still waiting for refund for their mistake ! Also told I was on automatic RENEW , I have never been. I have insured through P. Direct for the last 4/5 years But after all the Mistakes this year, I will not be using them again. Where is my refund ????”

“Why is my renewal more expensive than last years payment? Another extra year's no claims. And the obvious depreciating value of the car.

“Great insurance my second year only problem I have being , I pay mine monthly and I feel I am being ripped off slightly. Because I am paying monthly there’s quite a bit extra add on , I understand you pay a little extra which I have no problem with. But I feel it is definitely on the strong side. Will think about moving on next year !!”

The customer service in the beginning was quite good. It does seem as though the admin teams are quite divided when you are calling to sort things.
In the end I left because I found a more affordable insurer, with better customer service!”
