“Worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. Which is why after 1 month i switched. Kept calling to increase the premium when i had already declared everything. Would not recommend and would score them a '0'”
“Found me a good policy at a good price, but the mechanics of completing the policy were pretty clumpy - documents not all available online until I chased up, vehicle details not all correctly transferred from compare the market .com. etc.”

Apparently insured, but they speak to me before documents released ???
Took around a month for them to get in contact then had to check though details on phone that Id already provided wasting time
Then asked for proof of no claims - so faf trying to track down proof from previous insurer
Come on.....insures have been sharing info for years the best take the work off the customer”
