“Had a call from a young operative re car insurance I was driving and asked him to cal me in 3-4 minutes. To renew my policy Still waiting on him calling me !”

“Well I certainly received what I paid for ie an insurance policy , however an important inquiry re a minor accident on my other vehicle policy went unanswered to my surprise. I’m not a fan of the auto renewal protocol which attempts to take the money a few days early and on a bank holiday! I offer these observations as hopefully constructive criticism”
