“Up until last week I was very happy with Performance Direct, however since I had my agreed valuation application knocked back my estimation has plummeted, unfortunately. I can't find a vehicle matching mine, advertised for even close to the valuation I asked for, I provided a lot of very solid proof but not interested. I'll stick with them until the end of this policy then I'll be finding someone else I'm afraid.”

“Well I certainly received what I paid for ie an insurance policy , however an important inquiry re a minor accident on my other vehicle policy went unanswered to my surprise.
I’m not a fan of the auto renewal protocol which attempts to take the money a few days early and on a bank holiday!
