“Only just taken out policy and hopefully won’t need to claim. The process of purchasing home insurance was very easy and I saved a fair few pounds as they were cheaper than my previous insurer.”

“How nice to find an Insurance company that you can talk to on the phone and discuss your Insurance needs and most importantly they listen !!!! they provide a policy that meets your needs and never push things that you do not need I'm 80 years of age and feel totally comfortable with my new Home Protect policy”

“The insurance cover seems good but I have not found the customer service very helpful or accessible. I have a disability which means calls and live chats are too difficult for me while emails, a messaging portal (not live) or being able to make changes myself via a portal (like I've been able to do previously with other insurance providers) would make it perfectly accessible. I have raised this and been told they're always there to help, but only in the ways that aren't accessible and I should get help from someone if I can't do it myself!! How about they remove the barriers to make it accessible so I can remain independent instead!? I put in a complaint but haven't had a response in over 2 weeks.”

“My renewal from another house insurance policy was up by nearly £200 so I did a price comparison and Home protect was excellent, way cheaper and included home protect insurance for no extra cost. Couldn't be happier, better cover for a lower price.”
