“Have had no contact with Homeprotect, and will hopefully not be contacting them anytime soon, apart from renewing my policy. The renewal email arrived in good time and the increase in premium was reasonable. I had to contact them as I wanted to pay annually instead of paying by instalments. The Homeprotect customer services were very helpful and informed me that my credit card would be used on the day that my policy was due for renewal. Everything worked without any issues and I received notification that my policy had been renewed. Thanks for a hassle free renewal.”

“Based on my efforts to get my house insurance with 2 other companies. ADRIAN Flux, premium paid then they cancelled due to a mistake with the underwriter. Towergate almost 2 weeks waiting for a quotation, underwriter blamed. Homeprotect was done with no issues, maybe little limited on cover but great for what I need.”

“Have been with Home Protect for several years now. Tend to shop around whenever policies come up for renewal but Home Protect always come up as very competitive So far never needed to claim and hopefully never will but as underwritten by big names have peace of mind should I ever have to”
