“Fortunately I haven't had to make a claim yet but our house is a listed building so finding affordable insurance can be tricky. Homeprotect gave us the cover we need at a reasonable price and we have been very happy with their service.”

“Same cover as my previous insurer, and the same price as last year, when the previous insurer was quoting a hugely inflated premum. Easy to set up, clear correspondence, ideal cover and a good price.”

“I had to change Buildings Insurance provider as Churchill suddenly increased my renewal premium dramatically for no reason . I did a search on one of the price comparison websites and homeprotect came up as one of the best value companies for the coverage provided. The forms were simple and options clear and I found the ideal cover for a very fair price. I will now stay with homeprotect for the foreseeable future as long as they don't try and pull the same trick as Churchill next January”

“Whist my initial call with HomeProtect did not provide the level of service I expected all subsequent contact with them was excellent and they dealt with the claim extremely efficiently and followed up throughout the process finishing with a courtesy call after the repair to check everything had proceeded smoothly and to our satisfaction It has restored my faith in the way insurance companies deal with claims”
