I spoke to customer services regarding the large increase in my renewal premium and was very impressed with the sympathetic and understanding way this was explained to me. Because of this I decided to renew my policy.

Website for taking out a policy detailed, as it should be, but clear and easy to use. Telephone contact for amending the policy helpful but process laborious.

Great customer service. I phoned on two occasions to ask lots of questions, very patient with me and explained everything. The fact I could phone made all the difference to me taking out my new policy. I only gave 4 stars as I'm a new customer so don't know what service would be like if I need help.

I’m very happy with my HomeProtect Buildings and Contents Insurance. They give a good service, remind you a few weeks before renewal and don’t pressurise you. The policy covers the things you want covered. My Insurance this year was cheaper than last year. So even more happier!

I’m happy with Homeprotect. Getting a quote and signing up for insurance was straightforward and hassle-free. The only thing I would flag is that I don’t recall receiving an email or letter notifying me about the upcoming auto-renewal of my policy. Otherwise, a smooth experience overall.

Quote and registration for contents insurance was nice and easy. No need to speak to customer services yet so can’t comment on that yet but alls good so far.

I had to change something on my new Home/Contents Policy details recently and got through very quickly and talked to a very helpful person, who sorted this for me and sent me the amended documents.
