“When I contacted HomeProtect informing them that I needed to make a claim they replied very quickly and made the whole procedure very easy and understandable . Never have I claimed before and their correspondence and very polite staff was just top quality . Put your mind at rest and get insured with HomeProtect you won’t be disappointed and you can relax knowing you’ve got the best insurance you can get . They’re 100% perfection .”

“The renewal price from a comparison site was cheaper than the same insurance from the same company. Home Protect would not match the renewal price for their insurance offered by the comparison site stating that this was possibly because of different levels of cover ????? Home Protect did offer a £25 voucher but I am yet to receive it ?”

“After 48 hours of frustration and worry due to my previous Insurance Company's instant cancellation of my policy solely due to the fact that we were extending the house to have a downstairs bedroom due to health needs, HOMEPROTECT came to our rescue with understanding and common sense. It seems my previous insurer, POLICY EXPERT were such 'low risk' that they were happy to take my money until something as common as having an extension caused them panic in case of the remote chance in the next two months, there was the risk of a claim. Thank you HOMEPROTECT, for your courteous and professional handling of my application.”
