“When I contacted HomeProtect informing them that I needed to make a claim they replied very quickly and made the whole procedure very easy and understandable . Never have I claimed before and their correspondence and very polite staff was just top quality . Put your mind at rest and get insured with HomeProtect you won’t be disappointed and you can relax knowing you’ve got the best insurance you can get . They’re 100% perfection .”

“I contacted Homeprotect after filling in details online and wanting some clarification on a couple of things. The person I spoke to, Bradley, was extremely helpful and very patient giving me the information I needed. He had told me the first time I spoke to him that he would be finishing at 6pm and I managed to speak with him short time later and by the time we had finished the transaction it was well past 6 o’clock so he went above and beyond in my opinion.”

“On first contact as a new customer I found the agent who replied was easy to talk to in order to find the cover that I needed. My queries were answered promptly and I was happy to accept the policy that was offered. The cost was reasonable. The Documents were emailed promptly.
