I recently arranged home insurance through HomeProtect for my father's property while it was unoccupied, and I was really pleased with the service. I obtained a quote quickly and efficiently and after speaking with an operative took out my policy- I asked if I could have a paper copy and after checking with his supervisor it was duly sent to me, received a couple of days later- great!

Generally always a smooth renewals process. One of the few companies to still have a UK based call centre team - always easy to get through to them and very easy to talk with. Only negative is my yearly premium increasing due to me ‘changing’ jobs - my job going from ‘unemployed’ to ‘full time employed’. Despite now having a good, regular income, this ‘change’ is considered a negative and an indication of ‘instability’ according to the automated system!

A strait forward process getting our on-line house and contents cover at a very reasonable price (compared to other players in the market) Generally communications appear to be efficient however, I was a little confused when (as a new customer) I received an e-mail entitled “We’ve got you covered (again)’” and I really don’t understand why you felt it necessary to send me this message 8 times!
