“Competitive quote which we liked. Wasn’t a great phone line and the person on the other end was very brusque. We didn’t receive the quote by email as she incorrectly recorded my email address. Next person we spoke to was much more helpful.”

“I have just insured my property, both building and contents insurance. Very easy to do online. Hopefully any claims will be dealt with promptly, should I need to do so.”

“My circumstances are quite unusual, so I didn’t find the online process worked very well for me, especially the transfer of info from a comparison site, but I phoned and spoke to an excellent lady called Entle, who was so helpful, patient and pleasant. She untangled the things that were wrong and sorted out the policy for me. Job done! Thank you Homeprotect and thank you Entle!”

“The renewal price from a comparison site was cheaper than the same insurance from the same company. Home Protect would not match the renewal price for their insurance offered by the comparison site stating that this was possibly because of different levels of cover ????? Home Protect did offer a £25 voucher but I am yet to receive it ?”

“Unfortunately Homeprotect got the start date and the end date wrong. You put it right and gave £20 as a gesture of goodwill. Some feedback there should be an option to opt out of auto renew.”
