“This is now the second time we have used home protect. We have found it hard to find insurance for unoccupied homes and those that do insurance you charge a high price. Home protect were easy to talk to and insured us at a great price.”

“Customer service was excellent. I was trying to set up a new policy from a cancelled policy due to deceased estate from the other side of the world and the service I received from the staff at Home Protect was amazing. They assisted in pulling up the cancelled policy and creating a new quote, through to payment and cancellation of an existing debt on that existed on the cancelled policy. Congratulations to the staff, for their consideration and efficiency.”

“I am a retired person who, like many retirees is property rich but cash, not so much! Although I have both state and private pension, I still want to experience the richness of life and love travelling, especially in Asia. In order to fund this, I decided to convert my garage to a small rental annexe and this has given me so much pleasure and a little extra income. Home protect were wonderful at tailoring my insurance to provide coverage for the change in circumstances and I have now been with them for a while. I would thoroughly recommend them. Reasonable prices and personal service. What more can you ask of an insurance company?”

“I've used Home Protect since moving into my new home 4 years ago and I'm so glad I did! The price, for the cover you get, is great value and recently I had to arrange for a surveyor to visit my property because of a fire next door and they couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Customer service organised the visit within a few days and the surveyor who came out was thorough and provided feedback and next step options within 48hrs. I honestly cannot recommend Home Protect highly enough.”
