“I found the process fast and straightforward, with a highly competitive price. The only downside is that accessing the portal requires a new access link each time, as there is no username and password option.”

“Needed to get home insurance for my Mums house, she recently died. Her existing insurer doubled the price and excluded contents & other bits. Homeprotect was recommended, quick and easy to obtain and much cheaper with more cover”

“Since my husband died this is the first time I have had to choose a policy for the car he left behind. I looked at all the quotes on line some were cheaper some were a bit more expensive but I remembered we had used AXA before and so had my husband so I stuck to my gut feeling which never lets me down!”

“I was given misleading information by the representative who answered my questions in a misleading manner. When I received the policy documents and read them I immediately cancelled - at no cost - other than a waste of time.”

“Just switched to Homeprotect and saved £100s on my buildings and contents insurance. Our needs were quite complicated as we have a lodger in an outbuilding and my wife works from home designing wedding dresses with clients coming into our home, plus some specified valuables. Homeprotect were very easy and helpful to deal with in giving us a quote and making changes to suit our needs. I am very happy. Fingers crossed, we won't ever need to make a claim!”
