“I have just renewed my buildings insurance with Homeprotect. I bought from them last year as they seemed to offer the best policy for the money, and it was really easy to do online. This year's renewal price is even better value.”

“Easy to setup an account and get insured on an empty property for sale, easy to select options that you may want, online chat was helpful and answered my questions, very good prices for the policy I required, hopefully won’t have to make a claim but seems professional being backed by AXA. Recommend to give them a try, quote was instant! 👍👍”

“Agent picked up from online query and sorted out my quote. Refreshing change to John Lewis minimal customer service when enquiring about a 30% price hike! Got the cover I needed swiftly dealt with day before renewal and made a great saving. I've been with LV before so know I'm in safe hands. Would have been 5* but there was an issue with understanding my Edinburgh accent - which in fairness to me isn't broad but I think the agent had a cold so maybe not hearing as well.”

“Having recently been released from prison, i needed home contents insurance. A criminal record is the gift that keeps giving and i was refused from most major/my normal companies... However, a basic search led me to Homeprotect. The process was simple, my offence was listed in a dropdown along with other details o ly known to those unfortunate enough to end up behind bars! OK, a bit more expensive than 'normal', but not prohibatively so. The online form was easy, i was accepted without having to explain myself as is the case with other services! Hopefully, I never have to make a claim, but for peace of mind, if nothing else, I am hugely thankful. Thank you, you have put my mind at rest. Hopefully it will be a nice, quiet relationship and one I can continue as my situation evolves 🙏”
