“We’ve been with you for 10 years now. Renewing is straightforward and quick, with limited price increases (and one decrease). On the only occasion we had to submit a claim, it was dealt with and settled sympathetically and speedily. Every conversation we’ve had (not many as we’ve had little reason to contact you) has been friendly and helpful, That’s why we’ve been with you for 10 years.”

“As a new customer I found that the website was very straightforward and easy to navigate, the cover and price quoted appears to be good value for money and exactly what I wanted. At the moment email confirmation of my policy on line for me to double check suitability, and hopefully all being well I intend to be a customer for years to come .”
