“I did renew but only because I wasn’t well enough to get another quote. I’ve since had a quote & could have got the same policy with you for a lower price. Such a shame you don’t look after your loyal customers”

“The insurance cover seems good but I have not found the customer service very helpful or accessible. I have a disability which means calls and live chats are too difficult for me while emails, a messaging portal (not live) or being able to make changes myself via a portal (like I've been able to do previously with other insurance providers) would make it perfectly accessible. I have raised this and been told they're always there to help, but only in the ways that aren't accessible and I should get help from someone if I can't do it myself!! How about they remove the barriers to make it accessible so I can remain independent instead!? I put in a complaint but haven't had a response in over 2 weeks.”

“My renewal from another house insurance policy was up by nearly £200 so I did a price comparison and Home protect was excellent, way cheaper and included home protect insurance for no extra cost. Couldn't be happier, better cover for a lower price.”
