“Very helpful and informative advisor. This was the person I spoke to when I rang back to clarify things, and he was miles better than the first person I spoke to... There seems to be quite a variety in the standards of people you might get when you call ... worth trying again if the first person isn't clear.”

“I have signed up for home insurance but the representative I spoke to in the phone was very rude to me- he was very unhelpful and just seemed irritated to have to do his job”

“New customer today. Sought quote yesterday and mulled it over then went for it. Yesterday’s quote agent was thorough and helpful, even super patient while I described what ai felt was a slightly unusual situation in my instance, when defining vacant, unoccupied or otherwise.
