“I’ve literally JUST bought this. How am I supposed to know how good they are? I can only say that so it’s ok. After a claim it may be different 😬”

“I reported a claim last year and still I have not heard back from Homeprotect and I am out of pocket and still need remedial works to be completed - really poor service. Thank you.”

“I phoned and renewal as the premium had gone up by over 10% and I hadn't made claim. I thought I might be able to get a reduction as their quote online was coming out less, it was great getting through to real person, she pointed out the cover wasn't the same and explained why. She was really patient and helpful .”

“My experience of gaining another policy through Home protect was yet again a very positive one. The lady I dealt with was fantastic very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that I understood everything that I was committing myself to regarding insurance of my second property. A five star performance and thank you very much for your time, it put me at ease knowing my property was correctly insured, unlike my previous vendor. Thank you very much.”

“Had to purchase Unoccupied House Insurance following my Dad's permanent move into a nursing home. Having got some astronomical quotes from recommended insurers I went to Homeprotect and insured for under £300 instead of £1600! I found website easy to navigate and it was very clear that Unoccupied Insurance is limited to just FLEEA.”

“Have only just taken out the policy and hopefully won’t have to make a claim but if the process is as easy as taking out the policy was then all will be good. Information was sent promptly and the web portal is easy to understand.”

“Having negotiated the purchase of a property in Dorset, I needed to add Buildings insurance cover on exchange of contracts forming part of the terms of sale. Went through comparison website to obtain quote and Homeprotect proved to be the better company, chiefly because Legal Services & Accidental Damage protection were included as part of the premium.”

“I spoke to a nice guy who sorted out the insurance for my new house. The quote came out more over the phone, and I let him know I’d seen it cheaper online. He went through my online quote and compared it to the quote he gave me, it was cheaper online. So he arranged for me to take out that policy. He was helpful and thorough, even towards the end of his shift on a Friday night! I would advise people to take the online quote though, because the price difference, was £30 a month! Compared to that over the phone - same company, same details.”
