“Whist my initial call with HomeProtect did not provide the level of service I expected all subsequent contact with them was excellent and they dealt with the claim extremely efficiently and followed up throughout the process finishing with a courtesy call after the repair to check everything had proceeded smoothly and to our satisfaction It has restored my faith in the way insurance companies deal with claims”

“It was the most reasonable priced quotes for what we were looking for and easy to arrange. “I completed the online application form which I found very simple to use. At the end, I was prompted to speak with an adviser, as more information about the cover was required. My initial thought was 'oh, here we go, an hour on the phone now!' The phone rang twice and was answered by a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady, who showed me where I had gone wrong on the application. She guided me through the rest and answered any questions I had that I wasn't sure about. All done and dusted in about fifteen minutes! Many thanks to the Homeprotect Team for a job well done!”

“Best price & agent on phone very helpful & polite. Would have give 5* only not insured me for flood cos near ship canal but the ship canal has never flooded ever & actually acts as a flood defence as has sluice gates so should get flood cover & reduced price.”

“The original renewal quote I received was quite high - quite a large percentage increase on the current year. I shopped around and did find cheaper quotes on comparison sites. So I called and explained this. This resulted in a far more sensible quote which I was comfortable to accept, all be it that I had to increase the excess on one area of the insurance to get that price. Luckily we haven't had to make a claim so I don't know how well they perform once that happens, and I hope I never need to find out.”
