“This was the best company for allowing me to specify items of a higher value. And allowed plenty of contents cover others only offer a lower contents cover without filling in sooooo manymany extra questions only to say no-”

“Refreshingly helpful company whose policies are as comprehensive as you need them to be for a reasonable price compared to others. Every possible scenario seems to be covered. Having spent a while online deliberating over the cover I needed, when it came to payment, a message appeared requesting further detail and to contact them. Immediately being put through to one of the underwriters, he could not have been more helpful and thorough, genuinely wanting to ensure the policy matched my unique needs. I recommend this company as they take the time and trouble to ensure your most valuable asset is properly covered rather than being eager to take your money for an inadequate cover.”

“We had to make a claim and the experience was truly awful. The premium has rocketed in price since and we were left with little or no help navigating our way through the claim process. The customer service at Home Protect was fine but the third party provider CCG were abysmal and we feel that we were treated very poorly throughout.”
