“Have been with Home Protect for several years now. Tend to shop around whenever policies come up for renewal but Home Protect always come up as very competitive So far never needed to claim and hopefully never will but as underwritten by big names have peace of mind should I ever have to”

“How refreshing to be referred to an insurance site that is so simple and straightforward to navigate. Not only one of the least expensive but so easy to choose the options that suit your needs and change those that don't. Caveat to say I have not made a claim with this company but I am reassured by the clear and openly accessible terms and conditions. Also, I chose this company because I need insurance for an empty property that is on the market and they are one of the few that could accommodate this...”

“Website was easy to use to get a quote for probate house insurance. I then spoke to customer advisor as I was interested in the extended cover. Both customer advisors I spoke with were very friendly and helpful, talking me through the different options prior to purchase.”

“We don’t know what happened but, a couple of days after paying for it was abruptly cancelled. No explanation, no refund (as yet), just “your policy has been cancelled as of now”. What on earth did it is beyond us.”
