“The price was much better than my long term insurer, AXA, even though your cover is similar and you are actually part of AXA . Strange isn’t it. Does loyalty pay?”

“I recently changed to Homeprotect through a comparison site, and had a very good customer service experience. The offer was competitive and the agent talked me through all the options, and I’m happy witt the end result as I added more to the policy so it’s a better cover for my situation. It was still competitive with the original and a couple of other quotes.”

“We’ve been with you for 10 years now. Renewing is straightforward and quick, with limited price increases (and one decrease). On the only occasion we had to submit a claim, it was dealt with and settled sympathetically and speedily. Every conversation we’ve had (not many as we’ve had little reason to contact you) has been friendly and helpful, That’s why we’ve been with you for 10 years.”
