“Following a recent death in the family, the existing contents insurer immediately cancelled the policy. Home Protect were extremely helpful in explaining insurance options available in order to provide cover until the property was sold. Very helpful and professional.”

“5/5 Stars – Great Experience with HomeProtect Insurance! I just purchased home insurance with HomeProtect, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I had called around to a lot of insurance companies, and HomeProtect stood out by far. The process was so easy and straightforward. The employee who helped me, Aaron, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. There was also another person who assisted briefly, and they were just as helpful and professional. It felt like I was speaking to people who genuinely cared about getting me the right coverage rather than just pushing a sale. By the end of the call, I felt confident in my decision, and I ended up purchasing the policy right there and then. It was a smooth, no-pressure experience, which made all the difference. “Homeprotect has covered home insurance for us with our holiday home for the past 10 years, and done so very well indeed. When disaster struck during Storm Arwen in 2021, they stepped in magnificently to help us out with the expenses incurred, which greatly helped with the trauma we experienced at the time! All in all dealing with Homrprotect has been a truly positive experience.”
