“Good proposal for on line renewal options . My only gripe is the Broker fee in relation to insurance cost is very excessive in cost”

“Everything works fine, but it would be better if there was a printed copy of the insurance cover sent in the post that could be left in the car for any emergency. It is not always convenient to print out from an online description or access it when on a journey.”

“Grove & dean are quite good but the only problem is that the insurance almost doubled in a year (with NO claims made). I thought this was meant to be going down not up!”

“I would have given full marks if it were not for G&D losing continuity with my Car Insurances , one minute they're competitive, then they're not. This time they were £25 cheaper than my previous Insurer - so much for customer retention and loyalty. G&D you're going to have to work as hard for next year as you did with the current year!”
