Thankfully never required to implement after an accident. Only problem this year was the failure to renew my excess protection policy (when main policy was renewed) and I had to contact the company direct to renew. Admin personnel were very helpful and I do have the renewal proof on my credit card. However, no email or written proof of the renewal has ever been dispatched. I communicated with the company via the telephone.
