“Only had this insurance for a week or so. Given 4 * on the experience of obtaining the cover. Hopefully I will have no need to rate on the claims side! I find insurance an absolute pain in the you know what and dread the process every year as it usually takes up a whole day and I end up with a headache. The Grove & Dean staff were very helpful and patient in explaining what the questions actually meant and gave a decent (still costly but aren't they all?) quote. Happy so far 🙂”

“very good ins but you dont look after people that stops with you no discount for not claiming in that year would be incentive to keep with you and stop having to look around for cheaper ins.”

“They lost my first email and attachments. In spite of asking for confirmation of them receiving the second transmission of photos and condition report. I have not heard from them since. Their communication is this poor when I am spending money with them I am concerned what their communication will be like if I have to make a claim.”

“I gave a 4 star rather than 5 star review simply because I have only just insured with them I can say my experience in arranging cover with Grove & Dean was easy to undertake ,just a matter of answering the required questions and the feed back was excellent from them . All the your information is on their own App which most companies seem to do these days.. Even easy for me to set up who is in his 80’s.”
