“I have only just taken out a car insurance policy. The agent I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating. The cost of the insurance was the best available at the time but very expensive. I have no experience of having a claim dealt with.”

“Good service but they increase premiums every renewal time rather than discounting the client for good driving and no claims. Yes I know a lot of companies do and it is frustrating for the motorists who have a excellent record or no claims or no penalties etc - it's like we are paying for other peoples misfortune. It's unfair. But apart from that good price including breakdown.”
