“Really happy with the service so far. Haven’t had to make a claim which is when we really get to see how good or bad am insurance provider is. Hopefully I won’t ever have to!”

“A good level of cover at a reasonable price, but you must be completely honest when you complete the form. If you say your bike is going to be garaged overnight at home make sure that’s correct. After you’ve completed and paid for the insurance you’ll get an email asking for proof of garaging. You’ll need to provide pictures showing your house, garage and the bike in the garage. Not sure what would happen if you accidentally ticked the wrong box for overnight parking, but it probably wouldn’t be a good outcome.”

“Yes, pretty good overall. But after I paid, I was told the insurance was incomplete on two counts : The first was a requirement for six signed photos of the vehicle and can't recall the second requirement. Nevertheless while I was getting the six specific photos, in the meantime, the requirement vanished and there was nowhere to submit. I think they also phone you, but could not get to the phone in time. They did not bother after that.”

“Still unable to print out the insurance documents on the system I normally use. I would prefer them sent by post if at all possible. Otherwise I will ask my wife to locate the documents on another laptop system. Many thanks John Prior”
